All of our work promotes gender equality.Oxfam GB West Timor is seeking experienced and highly motivated national staff member to work in Kupang, for a project funded by AusAID Nusa Tenggara Assistance for Regional Autonomy (ANTARA) program. You should have strong bilingual (Indonesia – English) communication skills, computer literacy, work flexibility and capacity to work under pressure, willingness to travel extensively, ability to learn and work both independently and as part of the team as well as readiness to make use of skill building opp
ortunities and you should posses well-developed analytical and writing skills. Ensure that livelihood program is profitable to beneficiaries, as well as for Oxfam GB and partners' organization.AgriculturistGrade E1 – Fixed term (16 months)To support the actual implementation of the activities of the agricultural programme in partner's respective sites, work closely with the partner's staff dealing with the implementation of the agriculture activities at the village level. Monitor the farmer school activity at the community level. Provide support, guidelines and training of the agriculture for partner, an understanding of sustainable livelihood approach, food security in natural and conflict related disasters, as well as acute malnutrition, understanding of raising livestocks will be advantage. Work closely with the governments and NGOs to provide technical support and advice in the form of training and extension service to the respective communities. Must have Agricu
